Topeka Housing Authority Public Housing Waiting List

This waiting list is for Public Housing rental housing assistance in Topeka, Kansas.

The Topeka Housing Authority (THA) waiting list for Public Housing apartments is currently open. Pre-applications are being accepted since at least March 2020, until further notice.

There are two ways to apply during the opening period: 

1. Request to have a pre-application mailed to you by calling (785) 357-8842 during normal office hours.
2. Email the THA at [email protected] to request a pre-application.

Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed to The Topeka Housing Authority, 2010 SE California Ave, Topeka, KS 66607.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
